(OSA). In addition, according to the international safety standard iec-825, the component also complies with class 1 laser. Comply with en60825-1 and FDA 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11
The receiver contains an InGaAs PIN photodiode coupled to a high sensitivity transimpedance amplifier (TIA) in the OSA. This OSA combination matches the rear amplifier IC that provides the rear amplification and SD (signal detection) or Los (signal loss) indication circuit, which provides a logic high state output when an unavailable input optical signal level is detected.
